As I am sure most of you are aware following the switch over from the ETTA coaching awards to the restructured UKCC awards, there is a need for a lot of us to switch over to the new qualifications. Therefore all coaches with ETTA Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications will need to take the ETTA Level 2 bridging course and then take the full UKCC Level 3 course but must have done the bridging course to be able to do this. This process should be undertaken by all coaches by Dec 31st 2012. Even though this seems like a long way away, a course in Northants is probably only likely to happen once before that date so it would be good to try and get as many as possible on it when it takes place here.
The booking form for the UKCC Level 1 and Level 2 courses is shown below. Anyone interested in taking one of these courses should fill in the application form and send it back, preferably electronically. The two day UKCC Level 1 course will take place at Weavers on 30 January and 7 March, 2010 and we will compile a list, which we will then send back to the ETTA. in respect of the courses for the other Levels. Hopefully we can get enough applications to run one of each course in Northamptonshire. Feel free to send round to others you know have a current ETTA Level 2, 3 or 4 qualification or are looking to take a Level 1 course.
